Palak Patel

Palak Patel has held a variety of roles in their career. Palak began their career in 2010 as a Summer Intern at Flexpro Electricals Pvt Ltd, a role they held for two consecutive summers. In 2012, they were the CEO of brand development at SEMCOM College. From 2014 to 2015, they held Summer Intern roles at greenOpia.in and Patson Foods Pvt Ltd. Palak was also the Founder of yourindianstore in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Corporate Communications and Project Management at Oakbrook International Education and Research Pvt Ltd. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Business Analyst and Product Owner at Sterlite Technologies Limited, where they lead two scrum teams and successfully broke down Epics into Features and decomposed User Stories. Currently, they are a Product Owner at FormAssembly since 2021.

Palak Patel began their education in 2007 when they completed their Higher Secondary Education at St. Francis of Assisi Convent High School in Commerce. Palak then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration with Information Technology (B.B.A.-I.T.) at Sardar Patel University from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Human Resources Management and Marketing Management. In 2014, they obtained a Post Graduation Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalay, specializing in Journalism. From 2013 to 2015, Palak Patel attended the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, where they earned a PGDM in Entrepreneurship, focusing on Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2016, they completed a Professional Exchange Program for Economic Empowerment at the University of Oklahoma, specializing in Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, in July of 2020, Palak Patel obtained a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/ Product Manager certification from the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®).
