Arjun Dev Arora

Arjun Dev Arora is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in guiding startup founders through critical business challenges. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Format One since April 2019, Arjun focuses on fundraising, board leadership, team performance, and operational strategy. Arjun holds advisory and board roles at multiple organizations, including Zentist and ACOF, while also being an active angel investor since January 2011, with a diverse portfolio featuring companies like Firefly Aerospace, Calm, and Teachable. Previous experience includes roles at Nike, Expa, and 500 Startups, as well as founding the successful company ReTargeter. Arjun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley.
