Crystal Leff

Crystal Leff is a highly accomplished Quality Assurance Professional with over 20 years of experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry, specializing in global quality assurance and GxP compliance. They currently serve as the Sr. Director of Quality Assurance-GCP at Formation Bio, overseeing quality assurance programs and compliance within clinical trials. Crystal held key leadership roles at various organizations, including Odonate Therapeutics™ and Pfizer, where they managed teams and implemented audit processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. They earned a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from the University of Delaware.
