Devon Allen

Devon Allen currently serves as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Formation Bio since August 2023. Prior to this role, Devon spent three years as Senior Director of Global Strategic Marketing at Merz Aesthetics and held the position of Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs at Merz Pharma Group from 2015 to 2020. Devon's extensive experience also includes roles at GSK as Senior Director of R&D Strategy and Portfolio, and at Stiefel, a GSK company, as Senior Director of Global Medical Operations and Senior Director of NORAM Regulatory Affairs. Earlier career highlights include an Associate Director position in Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance at Erimos Pharmaceuticals and multiple roles at Diosynth, including Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs. Devon earned an M.S. in Biological Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a degree from Southwestern University.
