Gretchen Voolich

Gretchen Voolich is a seasoned executive and leadership coach, currently serving at Activate 180 and Torch, while also leading Voolich Coaching, which aims to empower professionals in discovering their passions and enhancing their personal power. With extensive experience in clinical trial management, Gretchen holds the position of Director, Clinical Trial Management at Formation Bio, where responsibilities include overseeing site management and clinical operations for successful phase 2 trials. Previously, Gretchen has contributed to organizations like Biogen, Acetylon Pharmaceuticals, Boston Scientific, HeartWare, and Wyeth Research in various project management roles.
