Arata Kagan

Arata Kagan has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and customer solutions. Arata started their career at INTAGE Inc. as a Global Marketing Research Analyst, where they coordinated research projects and managed data analysis. Arata then worked as a Japanese Transcriber at Amazon.com (via Collabera), where they transcribed Japanese utterances with high quality and met project deadlines. Arata later joined Amazon as a Project Lead, leading the Amazon Alexa Japanese transcription team and ensuring uniform data and accuracy. Arata also served as a team liaison for Japanese language modelers. Arata gained further software development experience at Wix.com, where they worked as a Japanese Market Customer Solutions Representative, offering services such as SEO, site performance, and resolving technical difficulties. Arata also provided translations and billing solutions. Arata then worked as a Software Engineer at HLS Global before joining Vitu as a Software Developer. Currently, Arata is a Full Stack Engineer Fellow at Formation.

Arata Kagan's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology (major) and a minor in Global Studies from UCLA, which was obtained between 2010 and 2012.
