Brian H. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to 2023. Brian started their career as an IT Intern at Altria in 2004. Brian then worked as an Assistant Language Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program from 2006 to 2011. Brian also has experience as a Japanese Translator and Interpreter at American Capital Partners from 2012 to 2017.

In 2012, Brian started their own web development company called Brian Hernandez Web Development, where they worked as a Front End Developer. Currently, Brian is working at Paper as an Intermediate Front End Engineer. Their responsibilities include assisting with front end refactoring and researching and engineering proof-of-concept projects using various technologies during a company hackathon.

Brian H. began their education in 2001 at Pace University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Modern Languages & Cultures with a focus on Spanish. Brian completed their degree in 2006. During this time, they also attended Universidad LCI Veritas in 2003 for a semester abroad, furthering their studies in Modern Languages & Cultures (Spanish).

In 2005, Brian H. briefly attended Stony Brook University, earning another Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Modern Languages & Cultures (Spanish).

In addition to their language studies, Brian H. also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at Pace University from 2001 to 2006.
