Kate Dickhoner

Kate Poisson Dickhoner is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in learning and development, global education, and student engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow Manager at Formation since January 2022, Kate previously held roles as Learning & Development Manager at Academic Impressions and Assistant Director of Global Education and Engagement at UNC Charlotte. With a strong background in designing and delivering educational programs, Kate has created over 60 learning experiences for more than 2,000 professionals. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Higher Education from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University. Additionally, Kate holds a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology from The Flourishing Center.
