Lincoln Hoey Moore has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Lead at The Detroit Bus Company, where they oversaw operations, managed hiring and HR, and developed safety protocols. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Data Analyst at Covenant Community Care, where they built internal data systems and tools for a health center and delivered required reports. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Strategic Program Manager at the same company, focusing on coordinating a new optometry program and managing report delivery. In 2018, Moore joined the City of Detroit as a Senior Project Supervisor, leading housing inspectors and contractors for a $30 million home swap program. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Project Manager, and in 2021, they took on the role of Construction and Special Projects Manager, where they created and led an environmental mitigation program. Currently, Moore is working as a Software Engineering Fellow at Formation, where they have been involved in bug fixes, implementing new features, and codebase improvements.

Lincoln Hoey Moore's education history starts with completing a Shift_Up Bootcamp in 2021. This bootcamp does not specify any degree or field of study. Moving back in time, Moore pursued a Master of Arts degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary from 2011 to 2013.
