Patrick Oh has had diverse work experience in the field of technology. Starting in 2018, they worked as an Intern at MicroWest Software Systems, Inc., where they provided IT support to various companies and gained expertise in maintenance management software. In the same year, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant at ThoughtSTEM, where they taught programming fundamentals and maintained hardware and software for coding classes. In 2021, Patrick became a Python Coach at theCoderSchool, conducting virtual sessions and enhancing students' coding skills. In 2022, they joined Hack for LA as a Software Engineer, optimizing website performance, improving accessibility, and ensuring code consistency. Currently, Patrick is a Full Stack Engineer Fellow at Formation, developing a web application with secure user authentication and interactive components.
