Chad Lupp

Chad Lupp is an experienced GIS Analyst with a strong background in database development and management, specializing in web-accessible GIS data. Since September 2009, Chad has been part of Formation Environmental, LLC, focusing on SQL Server and ESRI technologies for field collection applications. Prior to this role, Chad worked at NewFields (July 2007 - September 2009), where responsibilities included developing Python scripts to automate database conversions for GIS applications. Chad's earlier experience includes GIS analysis for the city of Kigali, Rwanda with Tetra Tech (2006 - July 2007) and leading watershed assessments at MFG - Tetra Tech (2000 - 2006). Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Pittsburgh, earned in 1998.
