Peter Townsend

Peter Townsend, currently working as the Principal Hydrogeologist at Formation Environmental, LLC, has extensive experience in hydrogeologic characterization, groundwater flow modeling, contaminant transport modeling, environmental statistics, environmental data management, and GIS. Prior to this role, Peter has held positions such as Partner/Senior Hydrogeologist at NewFields and Dames & Moore. Additionally, Peter has managed software and hardware development teams as a Product Development Manager at Qubit Technology. Peter's educational background includes a ME in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a BS in Geological Engineering from Washington State University.
