Unlocking value in Canada's most prolific gold belt.

Formation Metals is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on advancing high-upside, drill-ready gold and critical metals assets in premier jurisdictions. Our flagship project, the N2 Gold Project, is located in Quebec’s Abitibi Greenstone Belt — one of the world’s most productive gold districts.

With a historic resource of ~877,000 oz Au, N2 is a brownfield opportunity that combines near-surface mineralization, extensive historic drilling, and a proven geological setting within the Casa Berardi Deformation Zone. All zones remain open along strike and at depth.

Formation Metals is led by a proven management team with deep experience in capital markets and exploration. Backed by strong insider ownership and a tight capital structure, the company is well-positioned to deliver value through targeted discovery and resource expansion programs.
