Jacob Baysa

Jacob Baysa, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional currently serving as an Accounting Manager at Formations since March 2025. Prior to this, Jacob held the position of Senior Associate at KongBasileConsulting from May 2022 to March 2025, where responsibilities included the preparation of financial statements for start-up clients, generating budget versus actual reports, supervising accounting staff, and implementing automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Jacob began the career as a Digital Assurance & Transparency Associate at PwC from August 2019 to August 2021, focusing on SOX compliance and internal IT audits for public technology companies while utilizing automation tools to enhance project management effectiveness.
