Ken Curley

Ken Curley has a diverse work experience spanning several years. In 1995, they worked as a Sales Manager and In-House Counsel at King Cotton Manufacturers, Inc., where they managed the sales and marketing efforts. Ken was responsible for product line development, catalog design, brand development, and hiring and managing staff.

In 2003, Ken joined Indymac Bank, initially working in Reverse Mortgage Sales and later becoming one of the top 5% salespeople in the country. Ken earned over $200k per year and developed a strong relationship with a title company and closing agent, becoming the preferred vendor for the New England region.

In 2007, Ken founded Elder Lending Solutions, Inc., where they served as both Founder and President. Ken successfully started a HUD/FHA approved reverse mortgage correspondent lender in Massachusetts and achieved over $4 million in loan volume in the first six months. Ken was responsible for all interactions with the wholesale brokerage division of four different banks.

In 2019, Ken worked in Mortgage Sales at AAG until May 2020 when they joined Formations US, LLC as a Sales representative. Ken is currently working in this role.

Ken's work experience highlights their expertise in sales, reverse mortgage, and mortgage sales, as well as their entrepreneurial skills as a founder.

Ken Curley attended Boston College from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to attend the University of Miami School of Law, where they earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
