Lauren Walker

Lauren Walker has extensive work experience in the field of workplace strategy and design. Lauren is currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy & Design at Formcraft, where they have been working since December 2023. Prior to this, Lauren held the role of Director of Workplace Strategy + Design at Formcraft from April 2021 to December 2023.

Before joining Formcraft, Lauren worked at L2Partridge, LLC for almost a decade, starting as a Senior Project Designer in April 2012 and leaving in April 2021. In this role, they collaborated with commercial business leaders and real estate investment clients, focusing on creating effective, interesting, and beautiful workspaces. Lauren excelled in client engagement, relationship building, visioning, corporate branding, workplace strategy, change management, and project design development.

Lauren's earlier experience includes working as an Interior Designer at AP3C Architects from June 2008 to February 2012. In this role, they were responsible for client programming, space planning, design development, materials selection, construction documentation and administration. Lauren also managed the materials library and coordinated product updates.

Lauren Walker earned a Post-Baccalaureate degree in Interior Design from Moore College of Art and Design, completing their studies from 2005 to 2008. Previously, they obtained a B.A. in Communications / English / Philosophy from La Salle University, graduating in 2002. Lauren also holds a High School Diploma from Loyola Academy, which they received in 1998.
