Michael Balasko has extensive experience in the chemical engineering and vinyl product industries, with a career that began at Avient Corporation in 1987. Over several roles, including Senior R&D Engineer, Market Development Manager, and Industry Marketing Director, Michael developed innovative products, led marketing initiatives, and managed substantial budgets and teams. Notable achievements include the commercialization of advanced vinyl products and the establishment of a UL certified RTI lab. Most recently, Michael served as Director of Sustainability and Business Development at Formerra, leading sustainability strategies and business development initiatives. Michael holds a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
