Robert Bryant is a seasoned financial professional with over 25 years of experience in public and private equity-backed companies. They served as CFO for nine years, during which they led the IPO of Axalta Coating Systems in 2014, and held executive positions that highlight their expertise in M&A, strategy, and business development. Currently, Robert is a member of the board of directors at Formerra and works as a private equity advisor, leveraging their extensive background to assist firms in evaluating acquisition opportunities. They possess significant international experience, having worked in five different countries, and are recognized for their leadership and mentorship abilities. Robert holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida.
