Alan Chan

Alan Chan serves as the SVP, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at FormFactor Inc., a leading manufacturer of semiconductor test and measurement equipment, since March 2024. Chan has previously held the position of Chief Legal and People Officer at BowFlex Inc., where leadership extended from August 2021 to March 2024. In addition to advisory roles, Chan established an extensive legal career at Arrow Electronics as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary from August 2005 to July 2021. Previous experience also includes leadership in legal affairs at Maylan Skincare and patent litigation at Budd Larner P.C. and Kaye Scholer LLP. Educational credentials comprise a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BS in Biology from Binghamton University.
