Aliza Scott

Aliza Scott joined FormFactor in 2022 and serves as their Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining FormFactor, Aliza held progressive operating company, segment, and corporate HR leadership roles at Fortive, most recently serving as the Vice President of HR Transformation & Technology. Prior to that, she worked in various senior HR leadership positions in multiple global technology companies including Danaher, Tripwire, Autodesk, and FEI Company.

Aliza holds a B.A. degree from Oregon State University.
