Allen W. has extensive experience in IT and sales operations. Allen started their career in 1993 at Altera as a Director of Sales Business Systems, where they worked for 14 years. In 2007, they joined Maxim Integrated Products as the Director of Worldwide Sales Operations, and after a year, they moved to Cypress Semiconductor, where they held various senior director roles in IT and Sales & Marketing Applications from 2008 to 2022. Currently, they are working as the IT Senior Director of Enterprise Applications at FormFactor Inc.

Allen W. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico.
