Amit Kelkar

Amit Kelkar holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and has a diverse background in engineering management, particularly in the semiconductor and MEMS industries. Currently serving as the Farmers Branch Site Manager at FormFactor Inc. since August 2025, Amit previously held multiple leadership roles at Texas Instruments, including Director and GaN Development Manager, focusing on GaN on Si and other advanced technologies. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Yield Enhancement & Control Systems at Qorvo, Inc., and as MEMS Program Director at Maxim Integrated, where notable achievements included leading cross-functional teams and developing high-reliability MEMS processes. Amit's experience extends back to earlier roles at Atmel Corporation and Spectran Corporation, contributing to expertise in process engineering and advanced packaging technologies.
