Aniket Jadhav

Aniket Jadhav, PMP, CSCP has a diverse work experience in various roles related to process engineering, supply chain management, and continuous improvement. Aniket is currently working as a Principal Process Engineer at FormFactor Inc. since 2021. Before joining FormFactor Inc., Aniket worked at Blitz Innovation from 2019 to 2021 as a Supply Chain / Continuous Improvement Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for managing international vendors, implementing project management software, designing reverse logistics, and negotiating with 3PLs to optimize costs. Prior to that, Aniket worked at Wireform Components (India) Private Limited as a Junior Manufacturing Engineer from 2016 to 2017 and had an internship as a Continuous Improvement Intern at Rishi Polymer Pvt. Ltd. in 2016.

Aniket Jadhav, PMP, CSCP, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Design and Manufacturing from Michigan Technological University, earned from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Aniket has obtained several certifications including Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in January 2021, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020, Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in July 2018, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in September 2018.
