Arthur Jim

Arthur Jim is currently the Sr. Director of Tax at FormFactor Inc., a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as VP of Tax at Mirion Technologies, Inc. from 2016 to 2020. Arthur's extensive experience in tax management also includes roles as Corporate Tax Director at Oregon Tool and Corporate Tax Manager at Cascade Corporation. They began their career as a Tax Supervising Senior at Talbot, Korvola & Warwick, LLP, and held the position of Director of Tax and Treasury at Vigor Industrial from 2013 to 2016. Arthur holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Portland State University.
