Ben Wong has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Ben started their career at Kulicke and Soffa as a Mechanical Design and Process Engineer, and later transitioned to the role of Application Engineer. After working at Kulicke and Soffa for a few years, Ben joined Cascade Microtech as an Application Engineer.
