Ellen Chang

Ellen Chang possesses extensive experience in sales and business development within the semiconductor industry. Serving as VP of North America Sales & Global Accounts and Taiwan Country Manager at FormFactor Inc. from July 2022 to May 2025, Ellen previously held the position of Head of SMS Taiwan at ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology from April 2021 to July 2022. Notably, Ellen also occupied multiple leadership roles at 科林研發 from May 2000 to July 2019, including VP of Regional Business Operation and VP of Business Development, with a focus on Micron Global Business Development. Earlier in their career, Ellen held various sales and marketing roles, including VP, Etch Product Strategic Marketing at another organization and Sales Director for the tsmc Account. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree from National Tsing Hua University, earned between January 1990 and January 1993.
