Erik Smith

Erik Smith is currently the Director of Production and Lean Manufacturing at FormFactor Inc., where they have held various leadership roles since 2020. They previously served as a Sr. Director of Product Marketing at Plug Power and held significant positions in engineering and operations at companies such as Bloom Energy and the United States Navy. Erik began their career in manufacturing as an Operations Technician at FuelCell Energy and earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a focus on Project Management from DeVry University.
