Jan Beneke

Jan Beneke is a highly experienced professional in software development and optical metrology with a robust background in project management and electronics design. Currently serving as Software Development Manager at FormFactor Inc. since January 2021, Jan previously held leadership roles at FRT GmbH, including Group Leader and Project Manager in Software Development.
