Joshua Hille

Joshua Hille is a Senior Manager of Facilities at FormFactor Inc., where they have been since 2025. They previously served as an Exhaust Facilities Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation and held various engineering and management roles at Terex Corporation, Oregon State University, and several other companies. Joshua earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, where they focused on lean methodologies and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
