Kathryn Roque

Kathryn (MacDonald) Roque has extensive experience in various human resources and talent management roles. Kathryn currently works as the Vice President Talent and People Experience at FormFactor Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Human Resources at Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company. Kathryn has also held positions at Honeywell, where they worked as the Human Resources Director, Senior HR Manager, and HR Manager. Kathryn (MacDonald) Roque obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Rhode Island between 1999 and 2003. Kathryn then pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College from 2003 to 2005.
