Lindsey Winner

Lindsey Winner currently serves as the Senior Manager of People Operations & Benefits at FormFactor Inc., a position held since September 2025, having previously held the role of Manager of Total Rewards - Benefits. Prior to this, Lindsey worked at Powin from February 2022 to September 2025 as the Senior Manager of HR Operations, overseeing global HR operations and payroll for over 600 employees.
