Matthew Zeman currently serves as the VP Engineering for the Probes Business Unit at FormFactor Inc., a position held since October 2024. Prior experience at Intel Corporation from 2011 to September 2015 includes roles such as Sr. Pathfinding Engineer, Engineering Manager and Development Lead, Department Manager of Test Engineering, Director of Advanced Packaging and Test Engineering, and Test Development Engineer. Zeman holds a PhD in Physics with a minor in Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Physics and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Bradley University, achieving high GPAs in all educational pursuits.
