Melanie Glennon

Melanie Glennon serves as Vice President of Quality Assurance at FormFactor Inc., where responsibility encompasses driving quality across semiconductor testing operations and fostering a customer-centric quality culture. Prior to FormFactor, Melanie held the role of VP Quality & Regulatory Affairs at Stratasys, a leader in 3D printing, and served as Quality Director for Pratt & Whitney in Israel. Additional experience includes leadership roles in various capacities at GE Power, where contributions involved global quality leadership, compliance operations, and strategic program management during significant corporate transformations. Melanie's dedication to community service is evident through involvement as Vice President of Whispering Angels of Saratoga Springs, focusing on philanthropy for the LGBTQ community. Education includes a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University School of Management.
