Michael Huebner

Michael Huebner has more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Michael started their career at Infineon Technologies, where they served as the Cluster Manager for the Memory Product Division. In this role, they were responsible for managing wafer test floors globally and implementing productivity improvement programs.

In 2006, Huebner joined FormFactor Inc. as the Senior Director of Marketing. Michael was responsible for developing new product strategies and managing customer engagements.

In 2011, Huebner took on a new role as the Senior Director of Engineering Advanced TRE at FormFactor Inc. Michael led a worldwide engineering team in developing test solutions to increase parallelism and test coverage for semiconductor wafer test.

Currently, Huebner holds the position of Vice President of Systems Engineering and Design Operations at FormFactor Inc. Since 2017, they have been responsible for various tasks including PCBA/MLC design and layout, circuit design, mechanical design, CAD development, and document control.

Michael Huebner received their Abitur degree in Physics and Mathematics from Rhöngymnasium Bad Neustadt in 1986. Michael then went on to pursue a PhD in Technical Physics at the University of Bayreuth, completing it in 1997. Additionally, they participated in a three-month PhD exchange program at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, Helsinki University of Technology, in 1995.
