Minhky Ton

Minhky Ton is a Senior Engineering Manager specializing in Mechanical Design Tech R&D at FormFactor Inc., where they have been contributing since 2014. With over 25 years of experience in mechanical systems and equipment design, Minhky has previously held positions as a Probe Card Engineer at Kulicke and Soffa and as a Mechanical Engineer at Microprobe.
