Paul Bruckner

Paul Bruckner is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in engineering management, operations, and process improvement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Equipment Engineering at FormFactor Inc., since October 2025, Paul previously held significant roles at onsemi, advancing from MFG Scalability/Excellence Lead to Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering. Notably, Paul scaled the capacity of onsemi's 300mm probe/test factory from 6 to 20 probe/test cells ahead of schedule. Earlier experience includes engineering management positions at Magic Leap and Texas Instruments, where Paul led significant scale-up projects, improved equipment reliability, and developed quality processes for international operations. With a foundation in electronic engineering technology from DeVry University, Paul has also contributed to operational success at companies like Air Liquide and QuantumClean, establishing robust systems within the semiconductor manufacturing landscape.
