Paul Kuenzi has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Paul began their career at Cascade Microtech in 1996 as an Equipment Technician and gradually worked their way up to become an Equipment & Automation Engineer. Paul then transitioned to the role of Product Development Engineer, and eventually became the Assembly/Test Manufacturing Engineer for Production Probes. In 2013, they took on the role of Assembly/Test Engineering Manager, responsible for overseeing the probe assembly and testing processes. In 2014, they were promoted to Sr. Operations Manager, where they played a key role in managing the operations of the Probes division. In 2016, they joined FormFactor Inc. as the Director of Operations for the RF Products Group, where they continue to lead and oversee the operations of the group.
Paul Kuenzi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oregon Tech, with a duration of study from 1999 to 2004.
