Pauline Phang

Pauline Phang has over 20 years of work experience in finance and leadership roles. Pauline started their career as a Regional Financial Controller at Computer Sciences Corporation, where they managed shared services for Asia and headed finance for the ITO and Business Licence division. Pauline then joined BSI as a Finance Director, supporting the APAC Managing Director in developing and attaining APAC profitability, and overseeing financial planning and analysis. After that, they worked as a CFO at IHiS, where they provided finance leadership in accounting, planning, budgeting, and cost management. Currently, they are serving as a Senior Finance Director at FormFactor Inc., where they established a shared service center in Singapore and manages global shared service functions, as well as providing controllership oversight to APAC.

Pauline Phang holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University. Pauline has additional certifications in Radical Candor (Blinkist Summary) from LinkedIn, obtained in 2019, as well as a CA certification.
