Rick Gilbert

Rick Gilbert, PMP, is a Senior Technical Program Manager at FormFactor Inc., where they leverage their extensive experience in project management and leadership to drive operational excellence. Previously, Rick served as an Executive Officer and Platoon Leader in the US Army, overseeing logistics and operations for large units both stateside and during deployment in Operation Iraqi Freedom. With a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Project Management from Penn State University, Rick has demonstrated a consistent ability to create efficiencies and deliver successful programs across various sectors.
