Sean McFarlane

Sean McFarlane, CHMM, is a highly accomplished Senior EHS Leader currently serving as the Senior Manager at FormFactor, where they manage a global EHS team and drive strategic initiatives focused on safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability. With over 20 years of progressive experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety leadership, Sean has held management roles in various industries including semiconductor manufacturing, defense, and oil & gas. They previously worked as a Regional Manager at Exelis, an HSSE Coordinator at Shell Oil Company, and spent 16 years as a County Engineer in Broward County, managing numerous environmental cleanup projects. Sean holds an MBA in Management and a BSc. in Civil Engineering, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
