Sha Li is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the development and production sustaining of MEMS technologies. Currently serving as a Sr. Staff Engineer at FormFactor Inc. since September 2008, Sha Li oversees MEMS integrated component assembly and a small engineering team. Previously held positions at FormFactor include Sr. Principal Engineer and Principal Integration Engineer, focusing on various assembly processes and ceramic integration techniques. Earlier experience includes a Mechanical Engineer role at NanoNexus, where notable accomplishments included being named "Employee of the Quarter" in April 2007, and a Graduate Student Researcher role at the University of California, Berkeley, where research centered on Bio-MEMS device design. Sha Li holds a Ph.D. in Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a MS and BS from Tsinghua University in the same field and in Precision Instruments and Machine, respectively.
