Shai Shahar

Shai Shahar is the current Chief Financial Officer at FormFactor. Prior to this, they served as VP Finance & Operations, US at Nova Measuring Instruments from April 2017 to March 2018. Shahar also has experience as a VP Finance & Corporate Controller at PMC-Sierra from November 2010 to January 2016, and as a CFO at Wintegra from December 2006 to November 2010. In addition, they have served as a Financial Advisor at Shoof Technologies, Inc. from January 2018 to December 2020, and as a Senior Manager at E&Y from January 1997 to December 2006, and at Ernst & Young from January 1997 to December 2007.

Shai Shahar has a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
