TM Kim

TM Kim is an Engineering Fellow at FormFactor, where they manage a team of 23 engineers and technicians while providing technical support for key DRAM and FLASH customers. With 35 years of experience in semiconductor assembly and test manufacturing, TM held various engineering management roles at Philips Signetics Korea for 12 years before transitioning to FormFactor, where they have worked for 24 years. They have contributed to new product and process development, leading quality improvement teams and managing complex projects in MEMS MicroSpring technology. TM holds patents in wafer test probe card technologies and has a strong educational background with a Master’s degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from Konkuk University and a Bachelor’s degree from Seoul National University of Technology.
