Uday Nayak

Uday Nayak has over three decades of experience in systems engineering and product development within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Systems Engineering at FormFactor Inc. since October 2009, Uday has progressed through several leadership roles including Vice President and Senior Director of Product Engineering. Prior to this, Uday held various positions at Electroglas Inc. from September 1996 to October 2009, culminating in the role of Vice President of Engineering. Uday also co-founded Intersection Technologies, serving as CTO from October 2002 to July 2005, and held engineering positions at Nikon Research Corporation of America and KLA Instruments earlier in the career.
