Vijay Sukumaran

Vijay Sukumaran has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Vijay began their career as an Engineering Intern at Qualcomm in 2011. After that, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they joined IBM as an Advisory Engineer, specializing in C4 Wafer Finishing of Silicon/Glass Interposers and 3D ICs. Vijay then moved on to GLOBALFOUNDRIES in 2015, where they served as a Principal Engineer in IC Packaging and Test Development until 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Sr Principal Engineer at FormFactor Inc, starting from October 2017.

Vijay Sukumaran completed their education in a chronological order, starting with their high school and junior college education at SIES from 1988 to 2003. Vijay then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Instrumentation, at the University of Mumbai from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from 2007 to 2008. Vijay subsequently continued their education at Georgia Tech and received a Doctorate in Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2009 to 2014.
