Wayne Liu

Wayne Liu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in MEMS and semiconductor technologies. Currently serving as Process Engineering Manager at FormFactor Inc. since March 2022, Wayne leads engineering management in probe head assembly and testing processes. Previous roles include Principal Process Engineer at FormFactor Inc., MEMS Engineer at Tanner Research, and MEMS Development Engineer III at FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc., among others. Wayne has a strong background in MEMS fabrication development, process development, microfabrication for ink jet technologies, and the engineering of various semiconductor applications. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
