Zack Wells currently serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at FormFactor Inc. since March 2025. Prior to this role, Zack held the position of Head of Global Compensation at Electronic Arts from November 2022 to March 2025 and was the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Walmart for Sam's Club between October 2021 and November 2022. Zack's extensive experience includes significant roles at Nike, where responsibilities spanned Sr. Director positions in Compensation Program Delivery and Total Rewards Consulting, as well as Director of Compensation & LTI Administration at Fresenius Medical Care North America. With a track record of excellence recognized by the 2014 MVP in HR award, Zack has also worked as an Independent Contractor providing compensation and HR consulting services for various clients. Zack’s educational background includes an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon and a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Gordon College, complemented by executive education from Wharton.
