Eric Ballard

Eric Ballard has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Eric began their career in 1996 as a System Network Administrator at Employers Insurance Company of Nevada. In 2003, they moved to GFI Software as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they specialized in Fax over IP using Brooktrout boards. In 2006, they joined PatientWorks Corporation as a Senior Implementation Specialist and Sales Engineer. Finally, in 2011 they became a Senior Solution Consultant and Interoperability Lead at Interlace Health, where they lead client implementation teams and designs and implements workflow solutions.

Eric Ballard attended Blackhawk Community College from 1993 to 1994, and then the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1994 to 1995.
