Later, they joined Formglas Products Ltd. as an Executive Vice President, where they successfully launched a specialty standard product offering and built a national retail dealer network. Eventually, they became the President and CEO of Formglas, guiding the company through transformative changes that resulted in revenue growth and international expansion. John'saccomplishments included launching manufacturing facilities, negotiating joint ventures, and strengthening the senior leadership team.
