Roberto Hermosillo

Roberto Hermosillo is a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with extensive experience in developing maintenance procedures and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across various facilities. Currently, at Formglas Products Ltd. since February 2013, Roberto has focused on high-risk equipment, budget control, and the creation of new maintenance routines. Prior to this role, Roberto served as a Maintenance Coordinator at Persal Manufacturing Solutions, where achievements included implementing TPM and reducing downtime in the CNC area through lean tools. Roberto's earlier experience at Breg involved managing maintenance personnel and implementing new maintenance procedures for complex machinery. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Mexicali.
